Summary

Unfinished: Deep South tells the story of a wealthy African American farmer named Isadore Banks who was lynched in 1954. He owned more than 1,000 acres of land along the Arkansas Delta until it all disappeared with his death. In a quest to find his killers and unpack how his murder shattered a community, we’ll get to the heart of America’s unfinished business by asking ‘Who Lynched Isadore Banks?’ Premiering June 29th.

0:49.5	Isadora Banks was also a veteran and a leader in his community, but this was the Jim Crow

0:55.7	And on a warm day in June, Isadora disappeared.
1:01.5	It didn't come home and my Uncle Norman came and knocked on the door and he said they
1:07.7	found Isadora and it looks like a lynching.
1:16.5	Years later, we go searching for Isadora Banks' story and for his killers.

1:27.5	That came in and woke us up.
1:30.5	Get up, get up, get up, get up and I opened my eyes and I couldn't see nothing but fire
