Bear Brook, the 13th step, which, by the way, was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize this year.

Their news series is called The Youth Development Center.

It's hosted by Jason Moon.

Jason digs into the biggest government scandal in New Hampshire history.

In fact, it's ballooned into one of the biggest scandals of its kind in America, yet it's gotten very little

national attention.

The scandal, it involves the state's juvenile jail, a place that's supposed to help kids who break the law get on a better path.

But instead, it hurt them in some of the worst ways imaginable.

and he talked to more than a dozen people

to find out how this happened.
