Hey Alice, nice to see you on Skype.

Yeah, it's great to see you. What have you been up to? I've been setting up my house in Canada and,

you know, staying engaged in China things from afar. You moved there, right, recently from Beijing?

Yeah, I moved here. Yeah, I've been in Greater China for seven years, so it's nice to go

back home and kind of settle down a bit and kind of balance work and life better. Yeah, that

sounds really good. We miss you a lot from over here. So tell me about self-care. What have you been

doing today? Yeah, so we're going to start every podcast of self-care because new voices, it seems like we do so much,

but we want to make sure that all our members and volunteers are taking care of themselves.

So what I'm doing for self-care, today I went paddleboarding.
