We're going to talk about the Effective Hiring Manager Book, which is a new book that Mark has written and I'm going to ask a bunch of questions because I'm curious I'm curious like why are you what's going what's going? I don't know. I don't know anything. I just woke one day day and said, hey dude I wrote this book.
