I lost my best friend, lost my sister. She was so kind.

A Métis woman is strangled at her front door in the spring of 2002.

This case has always been in the back of my mind day and night forever. All these

investigators that have worked on this case all felt the same way. We got let down by the system.

Her three young children were in the house and one of them told police what she saw.

It was a tough one right from the get-go because basically the only witness that we could get was this four-and-a-half-year-old girl.

They believe him and really if he goes to jail they have no one.

And there's a single suspect.

And I said why is this man still walking free?

He was just a conman in a manipulator and he's always been that it's the entire light.

Did you have questions about the last day that Terry was alive on the 28th?

I think that it was choreographed.

And undercover Mr. Big Operation, but can it be used?
