What's up everybody and welcome to the boardroom, out of office podcast. I'm Rich Climand,

co-founder of 35 ventures alongside my business partner, Kevin Durant. Growing up in New York City,

I was obsessed with the sports world and everything that surrounded it. I wanted to know who the people

were, who were making the deals, and who were truly getting things done. I wanted to be in those rooms. I wanted to be on the floor at MSG, and I wanted to see how the people I looked up to in the sports and entertainment world built their business. My journey started with all of that curiosity, and that journey so far has been incredible, but I still have so much more to learn and so far to go. I want to bring people along this journey with me.

I wanted to call this podcast out of office for one simple reason.

When you're building a business, the best conversations always happen outside the office.

I've never been afraid to ask questions.

I've never been afraid to dig into how people's personal stories feed into their careers. And I want to give you all access to the same conversations

that I've been so lucky to have on a regular basis. For a guy who didn't even finish college,

I've been able to have access to some of the greatest minds in sports, business, entertainment,

and technology. These are the same people that have believed in me, encouraged me to go after my dreams.

So together with my right-hand man, Gianni Horel,

we're going to take the best parts of my job,

the experiences, the people I've met,

the stories of how big ideas come to life,

and have unfiltered, candid conversations every week.
