This food is part of our local lore here. I mean, people know about it.

I think they were hotheads and I think they were willing to engage in a feud at the drop

of the hat and somebody's honor had been impugned.

These are two power families, two big families. And if there was in front against one of them,

then that's against all of them. And so, here we go.

And this season is called Blood Fued because it's about a deadly feud between two very angry

families in 1860's Virginia. The climates were wealthy, but the witchers were powerful.

Witchers are wild. These young men, they were wild. I don't know what it is in the DNA, but we don't behave well.

The climates were not insubstantial people. They were well to do people.

I think the witchers in this instance may have had more influence and more of an intimidation factor.

This season is about a poisoned marriage.

Maybe Victoria did dance with the other men. They described her as frivolous and fun-loving

and why did she marry him to begin with?

He sort of began to treat her like you'll do what I say.

And you don't leave the house without me looking at you and all that sort of thing.

It's about how the relationship between the families turned from admiration to resentment,

to violence.

Only 160 years ago, people just killed each other over public insults.

I mean, that's basically Twitter.

And it's about finding out the truth about your family, even if it's not good.

I have lived this and I have never heard any of this. I never heard anything about abuse.
