Hey, it's Ellen. Welcome to my podcast. Tell me. So I'm just going to break this down

a little bit for you. I have been on a TV show for 18 seasons. Grey's Anatomy. I've

been super lucky. Really grateful to have so many fans and this platform. And I am so

blown away by the support that I've received and how do I give back? How do I use that

platform? What do I do with it? When I first was approached about doing a podcast, I thought,

well, who needs to hear me talk more? But I do love podcasts myself and I love listening

to people. And I thought, this is a pretty cool way to get to hear the people that I love.

Tell me things. That's where tell me comes from. I'm going to invite people that I find

interesting to come on and talk and tell me their stories, what motivates them, what inspires

them, what excites them. I want to know how they arrived at their body of work, their art,

their book, or whatever they're working on. Let's just listen to each other. Let's just

maintain this sense of community we have and have some new conversations together. Listen

to people. Tell us their stories. Well, learn and grow. Have some fun and hopefully connect.

My goal with this is really just to have great conversations. And I'm a pretty intense

person. So some may be intense and serious and hopefully some will be fun and light and

a little crazy. Should we do like crazy ones on Fridays and drink tequila and turn up?
