My name is Tim Graal and this week I have something really special for you.

A while back, three of our Story Grid certified editors, it was our European crew of Story Grid certified editors,

got together and started a new podcast. And what's really

cool about this podcast is it is focused on television series. So we get a lot of comments and

feedback and questions at Storygrid.com. And one of the regular things that we get is questions about how to think about TV series

or how to think about series in generals, where they're episodic, where each episode

has to stand alone, but at the same time, they all have to work together, and how should

you do that, and how can you evaluate those?

And so there is a podcast that they started

a while back called the story grid showrunners and it's focused on television and they just

wrapped up the end of the first season and they focused on the show killing eve which if you

haven't watched it is is amazing. But what's

really great is that if you've thought about doing series, if you've thought about writing for

television, if you've thought about doing episodic, episodic series of any type, this is going to be a

podcast that you're really going to love. So what I decided to do for this week was drop in kind of

their wrap-up of season one. So you can get a feel for what it is, but I recommend that you
