Silver Lining's is a podcast hosted by the Old Gays, and if you haven't already heard of them,

these four became a TikTok sensation a few years back and have appeared on Drew Barrymore and the Today Show,

serving wisdom, laughs, and a little lovingly earned

Sada after decades of love, loss, and fabulous survival. They truly bear it all. It's honest,

hilarious, and occasionally shady, which I happen to love, and surprisingly heartfelt, because

they've seen it all. If you're into wellness, personal growth,

or just hearing real stories from people who lived

through major cultural shifts,

this podcast hits on all of that.

They literally talk about everything.

Personally, I love the parts about health and getting older.

I love the parts about friendship and navigating identity,

truly just trying to live the good life, but always with a little humor. One episode that I

absolutely loved was the one that's called prod, from protest to parade, where they reflect on how

prod has evolved, from resistance and secrecy to celebration and to share
