Hey, it's Madeline. I know it's been a little while since you've heard from us here in the dark,

and I wanted to let you know that we are deep in the middle of reporting season three.

It's taking a while to report and produce because it's turning out to be a really big story.

I still can't tell you what it's about, but I'm really excited about it,

and I can't wait to share it with you when it's ready.

But in the meantime, I wanted to share something else with you, and I'm also really excited about.

It's a new podcast from some of my colleagues at APM Reports. It's called Sent Away.

And it's about something you might have heard about. People call it the troubled teen industry.

These are basically residential treatment centers for kids.

And this podcast is about one center in particular, a center in Utah called Integrity House,

where a whole bunch of shocking things happened.

If you're a fan of In the Dark, I think you're really going to love Sent Away.

It's such an important story, and we're actually going to play you the whole first episode in a minute.
