Hello ladies and gentlemen it's George and I'm just here because I wanted to introduce you to a new project

that I've been working on for the last few months. It's a different podcast to this one. It's a show

called Phona Friend and it's hosted by myself and my good friend Oli Mn.

Now the reason I want to talk to you about the show is I am aware that all of us now

find ourselves in isolation and

I don't know about you but one of the things I'm grateful for is the little distractions

throughout the day and often those distractions are coming in the shape of podcasts and

the reason I think that this podcast that I'm talking to you about now will be of interest is because

the show is based around myself and Oli just recording our weekly phone calls. We ring each other once a week to check in

and see how the other is doing and you know naturally we end up talking about

mental health and where we are in our heads and the world around us and try and help one another out, you know figuring out what's going on around us.

But of course we're two friends that have known each other for 10 years and so it naturally drifts between you know memories,

silly stories, conversations,

personally I love it and I think you may well love it too.

So because of that I've put together a little clip now of last week's episode.

It's only kind of six minutes long or so but just to give you an idea of what we do each week

and then all you need to do is go and search phone a friend
