What's up you guys, I'm Jenica Lopez.

You may know me from reality TV or social media, but here, I am the host of the Overcome

for Podcasts where it's okay not to be okay.

No judgement, just a space where you can be yourself.

On this podcast, we talk about every theme from love.

I think everybody deserves love, no matter the situation, personal experiences, people

come into your lives for a specific reason, and it's like even in friendships, like if

you have a friend and you know you end up losing them, you learn and grow from that experience.

And challenges that I'm sure we've all been through.

My dad passed away when I was 12, 13, and it really affected my life.

I had a lot of depression, anxiety, and to this day I still do with it.

I felt like I couldn't grieve properly because I was in the spotlight.

Now that I'm 25, finding my purpose has been easier, but it took me a while to get here.

Yes, you'll hear it from me first, before you see it on your social media feed, and if

No matter how uncomfortable the topic is, because here I'm all about growing out of our

comfort zone and facing situations directly, and hope I can encourage you to do the same.
