Launching on 1 February on a trial basis, each episode will be just a couple of minutes long, highlighting one anniversary from our archive each day. It’s designed to fit into your morning schedule, alongside news headlines, and to be shared on social media with your friends, colleagues and families.

Hi there. We wanted to take a second to let you know about a brand new podcast coming from the working class history team.

One aspect of it that we're excited about in particular is that it kind of gives us the opportunity to highlight less

and known stories from our archive. So for posts on social media, we kind of have to pick the stories which we think are going to be the most popular, because if we don't, then the algorithm could suppress our other content as well.
