I didn't know how the content on No Mead athlete would would really translate into an audio format because a lot of it is kind of a how to you know diet advice fitness advice and I just didn't know how that would go but we were talking about it and I asked you and you had a really good, I thought, vision for how it goes. So why don't you tell everybody about what we're aiming for here? |
