Summary

Longtime Hidden Brain listeners know that for years, we've thanked an unsung hero at the end of every episode. Now, we're launching a new show inspired by that tradition. Each week, we'll share a short story about a moment when one person helped another in a time of need. And we'll show you how these acts of heroism — some big, some small — transformed someone's life.

She took my hand and she leaned in forward real close to me and she said, Tony Ludlow,

1:32.2

I expect greatness from you. And I'd never heard anybody challenge me with that kind of

1:38.4

thing in my whole life.

1:40.6

Each week we'll share a story about a moment when one person helped another in a time of

1:45.2

need. And we'll show you how these acts of heroism, some big, some small, transform someone's

1:52.6

life.

You could have done nothing, you could have just driven away. So I would say thank you,
