In 2006, Brian Pada was a senior playing football at the University of Miami with NFL dreams.

But then, one night in early November, Brian was shot and killed outside his apartment coming home from practice.

The guy's on the ground. I don't know where he's breathing from, but he's on the ground, man. On paper, this was a case the police might have wanted to solve quickly.

But that is not what happened.
