Everybody, this is Zach Brittle and Laura Heck.

We are marriage therapists.

We're both certified Gottman therapists.

We're both married, and we're both really excited to be on this podcast with you.

This is episode zero.

We're going to give you a little bit of an introduction to who we are and tell you what our podcast is going to be about. And then we're going to start sharing some cool content with you. It's cozy in here, that's for sure. So maybe we should say, so we are, for the first time ever, this is our very first podcast recording.

It's just two awesome people hanging out recording their voices and putting it out there in the universe.

So, gosh, let's introduce ourselves.

So this is my buddy, Zach Brittle, and he lives here in Seattle, Washington.

That's where we currently are.

We are in Zach Brittle's living room.

And I will say also that neither of us, we are experts at relationships. We are marriage and family
