Hi there. I want to tell you about a new show from the Financial Times called Life and

Art from FT Weekend. It's our culture podcast hosted by me Lila Raptopoulos. Life and Art is twice a week, Mondays and Fridays. On Mondays, we talk

about life and how to live a good one. It's a one-on-one conversation with me and a guest

about many things including food and

creativity and travel. You take a walk around Athens and it feels like visiting an

opener museum. It has an unpretentious grace to it, I think.

On Fridays, we talk art.

It's a chat show.

Every week I invite two FT journalists on,

and we discuss a piece of culture that's in the air.

That could be new music, TV, movies and more.

I went in there with my eyes fully open to the magic that was about to the whole.

And I was so overwhelmed by it that I just absolutely started bawling.

I left wondering like did Hollywood run with quote-unquote like sexy girls and

like killer with a knife when actually there might have been a movie about like the alienation of suburbia or whatever.
