The show was all about breaking down the barriers

of mental health and normalizing the conversation around it.

It's hosted by Dr. Imani Walker,

who's been practicing as a psychiatrist for over 10 years.

You might know her from the bravo show Mary into medicine,

one of my faves.

So many people don't know where to start

when it comes to mental health,

and that's exactly why Dr. Imani created the show,

to have those conversations and break down the stigma

and especially tailor her discussions

for people of color.

We all know for a long time in our own communities,

going to seek help for your mental emotional health

is something that is negatively stigmatized
