In a quiet little neighborhood called Northwood lived a man named Arvin Shreve.

Northwood was immaculate.

Such perfection that it's hard to even describe.

These homes look like they had their grass clipped with scissors.

And Arvin, a retired award-winning landscaper, was its caretaker.

For many residents of Northwood, the warm and charismatic Arvin was a father figure.
