In Cody, Wyoming, cowboy culture runs deep.

That's what this city is built on.

A spit and a handshake gets most deals done.

You just trust the guy you're talking to.

So when a new doctor came to town, he fit right in.

He had his duster on that goes all the way down to the ground,

and he's got his cowboy boot on.

He had this huge smile on his face.

You can trust me.

He was flashy, very charismatic.

My mom loved him.

He was going to fix her.

She was going to get up to dancing again and feeling better.

But there was something different about this doctor. He said, I really look up myself more as an

entrepreneur. He's very intense. Kind of like the fifth grade teacher that scares the shit out of you.

He was very annoyed with us, like we were wasting his time.

The cowboy charm that spit in a handshake seemed to be hiding something.

As far as I'm concerned, he killed him.

He completely destroyed her life.

I know I should forgive as a good Christian, but I can't.

And even when patients sound the alarm, he just keeps going.

If these were all medical complaints, why is he still practicing?
