I first started getting into podcasts when I was training for a half marathon.

We've got that ring thing. We're the most millennial couple of all time. We're doing a podcast together and we've got our camera on our front door.

Well, it's sort of like being part of someone's conversation. You feel included. I suppose with the same way that radio happens, but it's completely ungoverned. So each person chooses whether

they advertise or not, what they talk about or not. You know, there is no limits to your discussion and it's a total free speech.

The feeling you get after listening to a decent podcast, it feels similar enough to what it feels

like if you've just meditated or if you've just had a bath or a shower, it's peace.

It gives us a little hour of peace and I think that's why people like them.
