It's all ephemera. None of it is real. I love making films. I love being on a set.

I love conversations and the bad coffee and the endless days. I love all of it.

The idea of going to America for a year would have been, I think it would have expanded my

horizons in really unexpected ways.

It was about this sort of inherent instinct when I was even very young,

how important joy in love it was.
