0:17.2	This is going to be the introduction and we're going to talk a little bit about our mission statement and our goal with this podcast.
0:24.5	And we're also going to rely on you guys for the end goal as to where we're headed with this.
0:30.0	I think our approach would be somewhat of a natural progression to get where we want to be and let you guys feed us as much content as possible.
0:39.5	Yeah, so how this whole thing kind of started was, you know, we all chat amongst ourselves,
0:45.3	you know, whether it's text, phone calls or whatever, and that's kind of morphed into the meet
0:50.3	and greets for IG in the Boston area. I think you guys have a future one in New York
0:54.5	in New Jersey. And now it's doing the, what, the events that we had like just the other day with
1:01.2	Fasten Master. But why not capture some of those conversations and record them and get some of you guys
1:06.9	feedback beyond a comment on IG or a direct message? So that's kind of how this is morphed into a
1:12.6	podcast for us. Right. We just got off an event that we did for Fast Master and, you know, we got a lot of
1:18.5	feedback and a lot of questions. You know, some of it we kind of plan to engage with you guys in the
1:24.1	conversation, you know, based on questions that we get, whether it's via email or Instagram, DM, or Facebook. But we also get a lot of, you know, we've got a lot of
1:33.3	audience participation and a lot of new questions and we constantly get questions. A lot of them
1:39.3	are repeat. So this is going to give us the opportunity to kind of consolidate a lot of this information in one spot.
1:46.0	So you guys are able to not only ask us and we can kind of touch on that, you know, on the podcast, whether it's weekly or however often we do this.
