podcast. The intention in this podcast is to interview world class performers from every possible domain and to tease out the habits, routines,

philosophies, tactics, how they say no, etc that you can apply.

Now the difference between this podcast and the Tim Ferris show, my other

podcast which has more than 200 million downloads, is that instead of doing that

in two to four hours in long-form interviews It'll be done in much, much less. So on average, I would say somewhere

between 10 and 30 minutes. On average, there will be some longer episodes. There will be some very short episodes.

And I thought the best way to introduce this podcast would be to read the

And I'm going to dive right into that.
