My name is Joe Mark Witt and I'm Antonio Dodge.

In a moment we're going to go into an interview with Kristen who identifies as an INTP personality

type.

Second, I just want to draw attention to the fact that Kristen has been through our

profiler training program.

She knows herself and she knows type very well.

So with this in mind, we want to encourage you to look past any stereotypes you may have

for the INTP personality.

If you're brand new to type, I stands for Introvert, End stands for Intuitive, T stands for

Thinker, P stands for Persever.

These four letters are called dichotomies and they are what most people know about personality

type.

That might be what you know about type.

But the true power of the system comes from understanding personality on a much deeper

level.

And these are called the cognitive functions and in this interview with Kristen, we're

going to go ahead and dive deeper into the cognitive functions as we talk with her.
