0:10.0	My name is Elisheva, and I have the privilege and honor of being here this morning with you and with Karen Berg, director of the Kabbalah Center and my personal teacher and mentor.
0:25.0	And this is the third time that we've had Karen on the show and an unbelievable honor to have Karen here.
0:34.7	Every week we share from the wisdom of Kabbalah guidance that is particular to the energy of the week,
0:44.3	but the tools and the practice is timeless.
0:49.4	And so we are lucky enough to have Karen with us to drive the engine for what we can do this week
0:56.4	and take those lessons into our lives indefinitely. So this is actually, I think, on the
1:02.9	Kabbalistic calendar, one of the more famous weeks, I would say, is something that we as teachers
1:09.6	and students of Kabbalah know is the, well,
1:14.5	when people think of this section, which is called Beshalach, we usually think of the 72 names,
1:20.0	but this is really when, I would say, one of the first times that a group of people work together
1:26.6	to activate something beyond them. Well, yes, of course,
1:31.1	we know that this particular portion is called Bishalach in Hebrew. But the actual energy involved
1:39.7	in this program is the release from bondage, the release of slavery. You know, there are many times in our
1:48.4	lives, and it's also interesting, that it happens, it falls exactly on the week in which
1:55.2	there's a eclipse happening on Sunday, the day following, which means, and particularly in Aquarius and particularly
2:02.8	in Capricorn, exactly on the border, which means that some things will begin and some things
2:08.9	will end, and we are sort of getting a capacity for a boost that will allow us to infuse the energy of that part of us that is closer to the
2:22.9	creator, if you will. You know, I just want you to understand the principle, and those of you
2:26.9	that have a pencil and pen can write this down. The holiest name in our vocabulary is the Yud K, Vov K, which totals 26 in the numerological value.
2:47.1	Now, the Yud K, Vav K, written out entirely is 72.
