the Portland players, they also mention that same quality. How do you kind of strike the balance

of connecting with players while also holding them accountable? Great question, Casey. I think the first thing you do is connect.

I actually already start doing that.

I just met a couple of players this morning, texting, phone calls.

That's the foundation, everything you do, especially at this level.

If you don't have that, it's really hard to demand and, you know, make them respect you.

But the foundation is connect with the players.
