We're joined today by Los Angeles-based agent and one-on-one coaching student, Tony Martin.

Tony graduated from Cal State, Los Angeles, in 2001 with a degree in criminology.

After serving in the LAPD and a career

path as a recovery agent for the Department of Insurance, Tony took a medical retirement and went

into the real estate business in 2013. Using the systems of Tim and Julie Harris real estate

coaching, Tony's built a niche for himself in expired and canceled listings

combined with renovation and investment. When he's not selling real estate, he loves to play

and coach baseball and softball and spend time with his nine-year-old daughter and eight-month-old
