It was both.

Two years in the DC jail, sir, one year on 4th Dick's prison.

It is Tim Hale. He was a January 6th defendant.

He was imprisoned and jailed for three years, as he said.

sir yes now we've had Jerry on his aunt and she's fighting the good fight to make sure his memory is is still alive and well.

He was a guy that was there non-violently, you were nonviolent as well, and he's taking some selfies and he's just documenting what was going on and because they added a charge of possible terrorism or attempted something about terrorism he ended up taking his own life and I'm glad that you and Jerry and others are keeping his memory alive and reminding people that the DOJ did to people like you and people like Matt.

I've got to ask you right up front, was there ever a moment where you thought to yourself I don't need this I'm out

here and thought about about doing something bad to yourself or not?

Never quite like that but I was in solitary for about a year and that's pretty rough on the psyche.

But I will say about Matt, the reason I especially want to bring attention to this is

because now that I'm out I can show the public some of the video the government

withheld that man took his own life based on lies you know they the fact is I have

video I just released showing he was pushed into the building he He didn't choose to go in. He was pushed in and almost crushed to death.
