Yeah, man, I've been wanting to talk with you for a bit, and like, I'm so happy it could be for this film because I really think you tapped into something really, really special here. You know, the music biopic is something that a lot of people sometimes say, oh, we've seen this before, we know what this is. But I really saw this more as like a deep dive character study in so many ways of really trying to get it something really personal, really intimate, and quite dark that can be used as a healing tool for other people that are dealing with, you know, suppressed trauma. |
