Yeah, and it's not our live event, which we're still trying to make it happen.

We're actually doing interviews today. Yep. Yep. And so we're actually sitting in with a Deepak, is it Gala? Yep. Yep. And Deepak, besides working for Shell, you're actually the SPE Gulf Coast chair, aren't you?

Yeah, I'm the SPE Gulf Coast section chair.

Yeah, and we're sitting here with Susan Howells. Howes. Howes. Who also is on the SP Gulf Coast section, but you are? I'm the chair of the members in transition committee. And today we're sitting here because we have an event coming

up, a hiring event coming up. And Deepak, what's it called? The event. The event, Upstream Oil and Gas

Professionals hiring event. Yeah. And so you're actually in coordination with a bunch of other

volunteers and some other companies, you're actually putting together an event to actually help

some of the people in our industry that are looking for work right now. Yes, absolutely. Yeah. And so, Susan,

what does that event actually, what does that event actually look like? Well, many of us have been

to college hiring events where we go represent companies and talk to students that are looking

for full-time or internships, but we don't know of another

hiring event like this that's dedicated to the oil and gas professionals. And so we think this is

the first one, at least the first one that's been held in Houston, and we've put it together

with seven other professional societies. So we think this will reach to most of the engineers and geologists, geoscientists, in the

oil and gas arena, upstream oil and gas.

Yeah.

And you actually know that arena, right?

You're just not somebody off the street.
