Jason Liberty, Jason, welcome. Glad to have you here.

Thanks for having me. Absolutely. It's a pleasure to have you here, talk to you about everything

going on. And we're in an interesting spot. And I thought about, well, what can we talk about?

There's a lot of topics. But I'm looking at this like State of the Union. President goes up

to the

podium in Congress and talks about where things are right now and we're in an

interesting spot right now so if you were presenting the State of the Union we've

heard your you know I listen to earnings calls every quarter but beyond the

numbers what's your state of the Union what's your how do you view really the

company currently and how things are looking moving into 2023 sure well first

thanks for having me this is this was great I think the first kind of the top line

message is you know our organization is back. I mean, you know, our commercial apparatus, all the assets

that made us everything, made us so great pre-pandemic is all back. And so when we look at our
