Yeah, so my name is McKenna Poe and I am a personal trainer for that. I'm a wife and a mom. I've got two kids like you said I have a three-year-old and a one-year-old.

But I'm a personal trainer and I specialize in corrective exercise for pregnant women and then I also

specialize in the diocese's core separation.

So my typical day looks like doing mom stuff for most of the day and then work stuff while kids take a nap getting in what I can around my kids schedule and my husband is a firefighter so he's gone for 24 hours at a time.

So I'm a little bit limited on what I can do and when I can do it,

but we try to get it done as best as we can.
