but there is good news for

Puerto Rico tonight.

The worst appears to be over

for our neighbors on that island.

Still beaten down, of course,

from Hurricane Maria.

Now, the bad news is there is

loads of danger for our mainland,

the Florida coast, a little bit

farther north. Dorian is spiraling.

We know how it works at this point.

We have to see how it strengthens

in the water. We have to look at the tracks

and we have all that information for you.

What to expect, where and when.

And the president said some things

that were outrageous today.
