This week we're going to do first of two parts of an interview I did with Lee Stroble.

Now if you know anything about apologetics and are making the case for Christianity, you probably already know who Lee Strobel is. I always call Lee the

Godfather of Christian apologetics in my generation at least because it was Lee's books

that came out in a sequence that were really helpful as I tried to explain what I was discovering to people around me because Lee was writing his books right about the same time that I was first investigating the case for Christianity and I wish I had been aware of his books

as I was first digging through the evidence. It may have at least pointed me in some directions

that I had to find on my own. But if you're not familiar with Lee's work, certainly it must be the case for

Christ, the case for faith, the case for just about everything that's important to the

Christian worldview. Lee has written as an investigative journalist,

his own path as an atheist,

who then investigated the case for Christianity

as a journalist who had a law background,

really interesting, interesting set of tools that he then used to determine that

Christianity was true even though when he first began he had a rather

antagonistic view toward Christianity. My story is a little bit different.

I was relatively neutral,

although I was pretty sarcastic with the Christians I knew.
