And we've had former NFL players and we've had Emmy Award winners and all sorts of things.

Today we have on NFL insider Josina Anderson.

Josina, thank you so much for joining us.

I appreciate you having me, Mike.

We're going to go ahead and jump right into it.

I know you have a very busy schedule, so we're going to go ahead and go right into it.

And I just kind of want to start things off.

I just want to talk a little bit about you. And I just want to let's, I like to

start at the beginning with my guests. And I kind of like to go back to to D.C. here. And, you know,

so you were born in Washington, D.C. And I just want to know, you know, did you have a big sports

upbringing? And who were some of your early inspirations to get into journalism?

Well, I mean, I guess my love for sports kind of centered around my ability to, you know, play them very well when I was young.

I was the fastest female in my school and, you know, played a variety of sports and track and basketball and things like that.

I've come from a family who are very sports oriented in terms of, you know, consuming it on television

and things like that.

So that's kind of where it came from.
