It's wonderful.

I'm in my girlfriend's apartment right now, too, yes, I got this pretty terrible studio

for me right now, too, man.

The first question I want to ask you, Josh, I know I have to talk to you a little bit

at the combine, but for a lot of people who look at you and say, hey, that's where I want

to be when I get older.

How did you get your start and what advice would you have for people wanting to get into the

business?

Well, love it, love what you're covering, love what you're talking about, don't make it

a means to an end and two of the best pieces of advice I got to break down a five out of

our story in about two or three minutes is if you can find like talent and passion on

one axis of your life, and then you can find, well, actually talent and passion to the

two axes, axes, whatever in the world of pluralists, where they overlap, like that's where your

career should be, because that's how you make sure that you don't really have to work
