I am Chris Cuomo and welcome to Primetime.

We're still at the studio in New York City, what we call a flash camera studio.

I don't know how long that will be the case.

People at CNN and at all the companies that are broadcasting to you are so committed.

But the realities are more cases by the hour.

More importantly, hospitalizations in a place like

New York are only increasing and rapidly. And our ability to treat the worst cases, what we keep

calling capacity, is not growing as quickly. So if those are the facts, why is the president

talking tonight as if America could be ready to open up shop

as soon as a week from today? What is the reality of where things stand in the home of Wall

Street? The New York governor knows the answer, and we will get straight talk from him on where are we

really? How long are we looking at, most likely?

We also have the president's former acting Homeland Security Chief

to lay out just how hard is what government trying to do.

How hard is it, okay?

And what still needs to be done?

Now for the rest of us, we know the remedy for what ails us, don't we?

We have to be informed. We have to be ready. And we have to be our best. So together as ever
