Tonight, I fear what's happening may make everything worse.

If you want to see this country get to a better place,

you can't just watch the coverage.

You're not going to be led to a better place.

I hope that is something you're aware of now

and that it's not frightening.

Everything that matters most in this country

has always been bottom up, whether it's the pandemic,

whether it's how we treat one another,

whether how we demand justice and fairness

from our institutions.

Our president tonight treated those who want change

as the enemy.

He gave a speech about what's going on
