How is preseason going with L. E.F. C. so far. So far, so good.

Improving every day. We started in a real simple way thinking about ways that we can

improve our team make our football better challenging guys individually to

understand the game at a higher level and improve and we're

off and running. I know that the regular season last year was different obviously

with the pandemic. I mean the only normal part of last year was actually

preseason how is preseason this year or is it any different in the midst of a

pandemic yes it's different but I I think that our players have done a good job and with testing we've been able to still have a very good start to the season and guys are healthy, knock on wood. That's so important

You know last year we we started in preseason focused so much on Champions League

So this year unfortunately we don't have that there for us but as I said in a

simple way we are constantly looking to get better and the ability to challenge guys the right way and

help guys understand things that they got to still think about in ways that they can improve themselves.

And so we try to make sure that training sessions are competitive, that the tempo is right,

and that there's learning going on that guys are understanding situations better seeing moments quicker and I

think we all were excited to get going. We started in March and that felt late, you know, compared to other years where shortly after January 1st, you're up and running.

So I think just being back, pushing it every day is something that everyone is really
