Summary
From Empress Matilda and her cousin Stephen to the Wars of the Roses, Richard III and Henry VII, the throne of England has quite the history of usurpers. On today’s episode I invite author Matthew Lewis to discuss his love and knowledge of the time period...and he’ll answer tell us who had the greatest motive to kill the princes in the Tower.
I’m Rebecca Larson, host of the Tudors Dynasty Podcast and owner of TudorsDynasty.com. Telling the stories of those who lived centuries before us is what I enjoy doing most. Whether it be a show on one subject or an interview with an author/historian, I’ll bring you the tales of 16th century England.
Before I get started today, I need to take a minute to thank all the folks who became new patrons since my last episode: Karla M, Christina R and Jennifer M As well as a shout out Kelly R for increasing her pledge and thank you to all my current patrons.
