we're going to be talking about some pretty in-depth stuff here but no i i met troy last year i feel

like troy maybe the year before at some charity hockey event, and we sort of just gravitated

towards each other as fighters do.

When I meet, I meet ex-fighters all the time now.

And usually I size them up, Troy, honestly, and I go, I could have handled you pretty easily

because I think the fighters have grown in the past like 20, 30, 40, 50 years, but now they're

starting to get a little smaller because hockey's getting more skilled.

But you were the one guy who I was like, okay, like he was a mountain of a man.

You were like 6-4-260.

I was like, okay, he's a big dude.

Maybe I should, you know, take it easy.

So you, but you're, you're thinner now.

You look svelte.

You look fantastic.

So I'm glad you're on the show.
