This is the first episode of the podcast's third season, and all throughout this month, February

2020, I have four interviews with former Imagineers, all of which are incredible.

And today is a great one to start it off.

With me today is former Imagineer Ray Kinman with

Imagineering. Ray had one of the coolest and maybe one of the more overlooked aspects of the

parks. Ray is a master woodcarver. So this should be fascinating. And Ray, thank you so much for

It's so great to have you on. As I mentioned, this is such an interesting craft, but I will say up front that I know nothing about wood carving.

You're not the only one. Okay. So yeah, you're welcome. Yeah.

So I have a few questions to guide us, but I really just want to hear you talk. I want to hear your stories and I want to hear about your craft. But the first question is the most obvious

probably, which is how did you get into wood carving? Ah, I got to go way back, 43 years. It was
