0:27.6	about what is happening with the Christopher Ray issues, as well as the Durham issues, the hearings
0:33.8	that we just had in the last week or so. Thank you for joining us, Mr. Baker.

0:41.6	Tell us a little bit about, first of all,
0:44.2	when you saw these hearings with Christopher Ray,
0:47.5	give us your opinion your take on this.
0:51.9	Well, the hearing with Christopher Ray about a week and a half ago now was quite frankly, in my opinion, a missed opportunity.
0:56.1	He could have come forward and said he recognized the cultural problems in the FBI
1:01.0	that he was going to reform it. It was a missed opportunity for him because he didn't say that.
1:07.1	He again hid behind the chant that they come out with all the time about the good, hardworking
1:13.6	38,000 people in the FBI. Nobody's disputing that. It's like the old saying people used to say
1:20.6	about certain ethnic or racial groups, you know, some of my best friends are. That's how this
1:26.6	chance has become.
1:28.6	So he missed an opportunity to clear the air.
1:32.2	And I must say, unfortunately, the Congress, the House Committee, missed an opportunity.
1:37.0	I don't want to be too harsh on them.
1:39.2	Jim Jordan's doing the best he can.
