Reason, and thank you so much for joining me.

And I'm especially happy because of the discussion we're going to have the next hour.

It is grounded in a book that I read in 2020 and 2021 that was the best book and most important that I read during that time.

In fact, I wrote a series of solid ground articles for Stan

Theresa Zane that were alerting you to the frightening rise of totalitarianism in our midst

that in many ways has gone unnoticed. That series of articles included articles with the

titles like Iron Curtain Diary, Freedom Fading,

one on CRT called Civil Rights Upside Down, another one called The Evening News,

one called The Legend of the Social Justice Jesus.

And to be honest with you, it would have been hard for me to write those in any substantive ways without the influence of the book that I was

reading titled Live Not by Lies, a Manual for Christian Dissidents.

And I'm fortunate to have the author Rod Dreher with me today, who I met privately at a, recently at a private screening, actually, of a documentary by the same title.

We'll get to the details of that.

But, Rod, I'm really indebted to you.

And thank you for the hard work that you did putting this important book together.

And it's really a pleasure to have a chance to talk with you about
