getting ready for the tour? Yeah we got we got rehearsals this afternoon I get up early

go work out I got to get them show jeans here in a couple weeks so

It's going good though. Everything's going really good. We're excited about it. Well we're excited to have you come to town here and of course what a lineup you and the Zach Brown band coming to town. We'll get the information to everybody and let everybody know how and when to get tickets. But I know the first stop on the tour is the 20th so you're getting close to that you

mentioned that you get up your workout you got rehearsals tonight is that what

every day looks like for you right now are you having rehearsals almost every day

man I tell you, we are, I get up,

you know, I'm such a creature of habit.

I get up every day, I'm at the gym around 730,

and then I, this is my pre-tour schedule anyway and then I go to the

chiropractor and he he gets me all you know to a place where my body is functional and then I treat it a whole lot like an

athlete I really do you know and then I have lunch and then we got rehearsals at

one o'clock and we run through we run through parts of the show or all of it or and then it's just it's crazy man because there's three different components there's this this this huge video element we have on stage and then there's light all the lighting and then there's the music and so all the time spent

rehearsing isn't necessarily with the band, it's just marrying all three of those elements together.
