It's supposed to be a state purview that 1875 Chalong decision is as bad as the Dred Scott decision,

as bad as the Roe v. Wade decision. It warps the perception of the Constitution. And so many people start to think that that's the way it should be. And then, of course, everybody starts to argue over the one size must fits all. So very interesting stuff.
