Just tell me where you want to start, Dave.

Let's start with what I talked about earlier today, which is the lawsuit from Oklahoma and Texas about trying to get this order that was put in by HHS in January of 2020.

But they go back to 2017 where the HHS official, which is the guy that Trump put in was CEO of

Eli Lilly, he was the one who said, we're going to tie this to the World Health Organization.

And they're saying, you can't do that.

But I know that it's getting much worse right now, what's going on in Geneva.

But let's begin with that going back to

what they're trying to get removed, even as World Health Organization is trying to escalate this.

I didn't see your previous segment because it just came on now. And so I believe I know which

lawsuit it is you're talking about. And so my history with that is back in May of last year,

when I was digging into what the Biden administration had proposed,

about a year ago, they submitted proposed amendments

to the international health regulations on January 18th, 2022. And so as I was digging into that, I found myself in the

Federal Register looking at CDC final rulings. And they changed many things, okay, and it had to do

with travel and, you know, containment and quarantine and all that sort of thing.

And one of the words that they changed was the definition of invasive, an invasive test.
